I've done 70miles in the last 2 days. Yesterday I rode to work, thats 38 round trip. Today I did 32 on a tour of mid Bedfordshire. I finished up with the climb up to Ampthill from Houghton Conquest. I got totally drenched and I ran out of energy a bit too. My legs are a bit sore. It feels good though and not having a cold is a novelty...

Tomorrow some of the Brogs are going to Hayling. I think thats the one for me.
